Due to our continued growth, investment, and major contract wins, we are looking for experienced operators in the following areas: B1 Die Cutting Operator – We are seeking individuals who are enthusiastic, committed and experienced within this field. The ideal candidate must have operated B1 die cutting machines, ideally has experience with blanking. Operating Iberica machines would be an advantage but not essential. Personal attributes that are valuable to be considered for any of these roles include:
  • Good knowledge & hands on experience.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work as part of a team.
  • Commercial awareness of the cost of waste and machine productivity.
  • Awareness of Health & safety, BRC and Quality procedures.
Candidates will be required to work a rotating 3 shift pattern within a busy Finishing Department and be flexible in line with customer demands. An opportunity has arisen for a self-motivated Individual to join our team as a Gluing Operator. The successful applicant will require the following:

  • Good knowledge and hands on experience of a wide range of carton design gluing requirements.
  • A “can do” attitude.
  • Commercial awareness of the cost of quality and machine productivity.
  • Awareness of Health & safety, BRC & Quality procedures.

The position offers a competitive salary based on a rotating 3 shift pattern, pension, and 26 days annual holiday.
