The Sherwood Group is proud to announce that we have been awarded a Silver rating from EcoVadis, the global leader in business sustainability assessments. This achievement reflects the Group’s continuous efforts to operate responsibly, ethically, and with a long-term commitment to sustainable business practices.
In the latest assessment conducted in March 2025, The Sherwood Group scored 70 out of 100, placing the company within the top 15% of organisations rated globally by EcoVadis. The rating is a testament to our significant progress in key areas of sustainability, and it underscores our commitment to ongoing improvement.
EcoVadis evaluates companies based on 21 sustainability criteria across four core themes: Environment, Labour & Human Rights, Ethics, and Sustainable Procurement. These criteria are aligned with international sustainability standards, including the Ten Principles of the UN Global Compact, the International Labour Organization (ILO) conventions, the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), and the ISO 26000 standard.
